Andrew has deep experience in the Medtech and Pharma industries spanning close to 30 years across a variety of roles and functions including General Management, Market Access, Public Affairs, & Policy in Australia, New Zealand and in the Asia Pacific region.  Over the last ten years he has been responsible for Market Access Strategy, Leading Government, Industry and Key Stakeholder Relations and developing policy positions around access to health technology and therapies. 

Some key policy initiatives include value-based healthcare and value-based procurement, negotiating industry agreements with government on prostheses list benefits, access to, and funding for, continuous glucose monitoring, and Government partnerships to deliver improved health outcomes and therapy market access for lifesaving and life changing technologies and solutions. He has held a number of key leadership positions both in-house corporate and externally.  Andrew has authored and managed the development of a large number of government policy submissions, has appeared before a Senate inquiry, and has been a regular speaker and moderator on a range of health policy and Medtech industry topics.
